I made my first trip to Georgetown’s Squid & Ink to shoot a quartet of local bands: Fun Fun Fun, Like Claws!, The Damage Done, and Success!. It was a cool and rainy day outside, and the crowd inside the tiny blue space steamed the windows. Things felt a bit claustrophobic before the show, but once the music started the mood changed to one of joy and camaraderie as everyone delighted in the performances of four great acts.
